Alice Louise (Ihlenfeldt) Barron, life-long resident of Taylor, passed away at her home December 9, 2016 at the age of 90. Alice was born in Taylor on March 25, 1926. Alice was a housewife and loving mother. She enjoyed cooking, canning, and sewing. Alice loved to go shopping, go out to eat, and watching the birds eat in the feeders outside of her window. Alice was preceeded in death by her husband of 66 years, R.D. Barron Jr, her son R.D. Barron III, her parents Louis and Marie Ihlenfeldt and her sister Irene Kolinek. Those left to cherish her memory are her remaining 9 children and her sister Gladys. Alice was also blessed with 25 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
