Mrs Shirley Addicks, 79, passed away December 3, 2016 at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler, Texas. Shirley was born September 24, 1934 in Farmersville, Collin County, Texas to Edmond and Cora Bess Smith McCoy. She married Roy E. Addicks Sr. on April 12, 1956. She retired from Texas instruments in Dallas. She is survived by her husband, Roy Addicks of Canton; also 3 sons, Roy Jr of Beeville and children Shirley Ann of New Caney, Albert of Aruba, Christine, John of New Caney; son Michael Addicks of Longview and Children, Michaell Baker and husband Kris and her children, Brandy Jackson, Cora Jackson and Aaron Jackson all of Edom, Texas, Edmond and Angela Addicks and their children Tori, Ethan and Adian of Canton ; son David Addicks and wife Debbie of New Caney and children Emily and Hunter. Also survived by sister-in-law, Josephine McCoy of Forney and her children Melissa, Melinda and Michael McCoy. Shirley was preceded in death by parents, Edmond and Cora McCoy, brother Marion Ray McCoy. May she rest in Peace and suffer no more.
