DEATH: JOHN A. HUTCHINGS Deseret News, The (Salt Lake City, UT) — Saturday, December 31, 1994 John Alfred Hutchings, age 86, passed away peacefully December 26, 1994, at his home in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born December 14, 1908, in Lehi, Utah, to Samuel and Alice Devey Hutchings. He married Lucile Ewart, June 17, 1933, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He worked for Utah Power & Light Co., and Memorial Medical Center. He will be missed forever by those who knew and loved him. Survived by his wife, of 61 years, Lucile; a son, Jon (and Colleen); grandchildren, Steven (and Cindy), and Wendy Hutchings, all Salt Lake City; and two brothers, Virgil, St. George; Reid, Downey, Calif. Private family services were held. Funeral Directors: The Holbrook Funeral Chapel.
