Bio

Mack W. Barnett of Devine, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the age of 83. He was born February 1, 1933 in Melissa, Texas to Herman and Maude Barnett. Mack is survived by his wife Jerrine Neuman of Devine; son Phillip Wayne wife Elaine Barnett of Tampa, Florida; daughter Phyllis Jane Holman of Hondo; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Maude Barnett; six brothers and four sisters. A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 3:00 pm at the Yancey Seventh Day Adventist Church in Yancey. There will be no visitation at the Hurley Funeral Home prior to the service.
