Bio

Francis was the father of, among others, Mrs. Venuste Francis (Adeline) BROSSARD and Mrs. Julius (Eugenia) VINE. He also adopted a son, Xavier PICKERING, who grew to manhood with the surname HEPPE and who raised a family near Lost Lake, Columbia County, Wisconsin.
