Allen Henry Bryant, 93, of Beauxart Gardens, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Allen was born October 23, 1922 in Slagle, Louisiana to the late William Ferdinand Bryant and Lelia Rose Self Bryant. Allen served his country in the United States Army. He loved gardening, working and he was very patriotic. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Agnes Bryant; son, Jeffery Bryant; daughter, Shirene Bryant; sister, Ruth Cotton; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. Interment with Military Honors at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches, Texas Melancon's Funeral Home, Nederland, Texas
