Bio

Twin of Richard Franklin (1921 NE-1989) -------------------------------------- Twin baby boys were born to Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Koupal last Tuesday. The first tiny tot arrived at 11:30 and is well and strong but the second born at 12:00 did not survive. Each baby weighed six pounds.
