Bio

Funeral rites for Mrs. Audrey Whatley Eubanks, 65, of Lucedale were held October 20 at 11 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church. Mrs. Eubanks died October 18 at her home following an extended illness. She was a resident on Brushy Creek Road, a homemaker and a secretary. Survivors include a daughter; two sons (one now deceased Gary L. Eubanks); two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers. Mrs. Eubanks was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert L. Eubanks. Services were conducted by Rev. Sammy Gates. Interment was held in the Macedonia Cemetery with Sigler Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Published in the George County times, October 1997. Submitted by Betty R Marshall.
