Unmarked grave. Services for Sylvester Gus Pipkin, 33, 1719 18th Corpus Christi, Tex., formerly of 1106 NE Perry, will be at Peoria Davison Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Hawley will officicate, and burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Mr. Pipkin was found dead Friday at Corpus Christi. He was born in Peoria on June 29, 1943, a son of Gus and Virginia Robb Pipkin. Surviving are his stepfather and mother, Mr. and Mrs. James Reffitt of Peoria; and his father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Gus Pipkin of Hannibal, Mo. Also surviving are two brothers, James Samuel Pipkin of Imperial, Mo., and Bill Joe Pipkin of Quincy; and one sister, Mrs. Sierra Ping of Peoria.
