Clarion News - February 11, 1970 pg. 6 Mrs. Helen Loretta Kifer, 44, of Fairview Avenue, Clarion, died at 4:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, in Oil City Hospital. Born in Snydersburg, October 21, 1925, she was a daughter of Joseph and Mary Ann Wolbert Lutz, who survive. She was married October 25, 1953, to Robert L. Kifer who died January 9, 1961. Mrs. Kifer was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church of Clarion and the Immaculate Conception Guild. She had lived most of her live in Marion, Ind. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one son Kerry Robert, aged 14, and two daughters, Kathy Ann aged 10 and Karen Leigh aged 10 all at home; and two sisters, Mrs. Ralph (Ann) Hannah of RD Shippenville and Miss Grace Lutz of Columbus, Ohio. Friends are being received at the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion. Requiem High Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Immaculate Conception Church of Clarion with Father Joseph Meisinger as celebrant. Burial will be in Ott Cemetery at Ridgway.
