Bio

Mrs. Luella Gras, age 76, died March 9th at her home here. Cora Luella (Newgent) Gras, born Greencastle, Ind., July 1, 1865, daughter of Isaac and Sophronia (Gillum) Newgent. On Aug. 13, 1885, she married John S. Gras in Paris, Ill. In 1915, came here from Shelbyville, Ind. Survivors: 2 sons, Edward of this place and Lloyd of Chicago; one brother, Joseph Newgent of Monon, and grandson Dean Gras. Husband died Sept. 29, 1933. Services Christian church with Rev. Chester Parker, burial Roseland cemetery. Francesville Tribune 12 Mar 1942
