Texas Death Certificate #25278 registered under "J.W. Patzelt". Occupation: Farmer. Informant was his half-sister Pauline Dittrich. He came to the United States as a child with his mother Mary Serm Patzelt in 1893. Cause of Death was tuberculosis. Born in Switschin (now Zvicina) in what was the Austrian Empire located in the northeast Bohemia area of what is now the Czech Republic.
