Funeral services are today at 2 p.m. in Coker-Mathews Chapel with Rev. Bill McNatt officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Daughter of J.E. McClain Sr. and Pearl Meunier McClain, she was born in Woodword (sic), Okla. on Nov. 4, 1914. She married Curtis Tapp in Greenville in May, 1946. She was retgired. Mrs. Tapp was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband of Greenville; a brother, Jimmy McClain of Greenville; a sister, Dorothy Foote of Greenville and nieces Carla Pascal, Cecelia Robinson, Diane Oxley, Carol Craver and Andrea McKay. Preceding her in death were her father in 1948 and her mother in 1983. Pallbearers will be Norman Robinson, Lane Paschal, Stan Ingram, Gill McKay, Gary Osxley and Jim Craver. Memorials may be made to Grace Presbyterian Church.
