Pamela Sue Neel McCarty 66, of Liberty, died Friday August 12, 2016 at her residence. A service of remembrance will be held on Sunday August 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Tennessee Presbyterian Church of Timpson, TX. Interment will follow at Tennessee Cemetery in Timpson. Pamela was born December 21, 1949 to David Neel and Phyllis Ward in Orange, TX. She had worked for Liberty and Hardin County Appraisal District as an Appraiser. She lived in Liberty for 25 years and attended the Jubilee Covenant Fellowship Church of Dayton. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Susan Neel Woodruff and Sandra Neel Ainslie, mother, Phyllis Ward. Those she leaves behind to cherish her memories are father, David Neel of Timpson, TX, husband, Robin McCarty of Liberty, sons, Donald Garrison of Liberty, Clinton Garrison of Liberty, Graydon McCarty of Liberty and daughter, Briana Porter and husband Mason of Liberty., sister, Diana Wideman of Timpson and granddaughters, Caytelin McCarty of Liberty and Emma Blankfeld of Liberty.
