He is survived by his wife Robbie Standerfer Phillips; sons Barry & Bobby Phillips; daughter Cindy Landers; two granddaughters; one grandson. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday, December 19, 2005 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
