Bio

Harriett Numbley married Henry Ramsey, son of Richard B Ramsey and Harriet New, July 7, 1846, in Wilson County, Tennessee. They were the parents of four children, one son Jesse B and three daughters, Martha Jane, Dora and Mary Frances. In 1850 the family was living in Macon County, Tennesse, where son Jesse and daughter Martha Jane were born. By 1853 they had removed to Deer Creek, in Tazewell County, Illinois, where they remained until after 1870. 1880 found Henry and Harriett living in Ringgold County, Iowa. Harriett died soon after, March 25, 1883.
