Bio

Coleman Daugherty, 60, of Hartshorne, died Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Sparks Medical Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Coleman was born on April 26, 1956, in Hartshorne, to Charles Haskell and Frances Kathleen (Phelps) Daugherty. He had lived all his life in Hartshorne and graduated from Hartshorne High School. He worked several different jobs, including oil field work and work for the phone company. He loved to hunt and fish and was more at home while outdoors than anywhere. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Bonnie Daugherty; a sister, Maye Daugherty, and his grandparents. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 4, 2016, at Brumley-Mills Chapel in Hartshorne with the Rev. Artis Potts and Rodney Pate officiating. Burial will be at Ti Valley Cemetery.
