Bio

Mary Lou Underwood, 102, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016 in Richland Hills, Texas. Mary was born in Decatur, Texas on June 17, 1914 to Archie and Mary Foster. She always considered herself a real country girl that loved to cook great meals for her family. Mary never met a stranger and enjoyed lengthy conversations with anyone and everyone. She was survived by her two sons, Jack Underwood and wife Jan, Lynn Underwood and wife Judy; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many more family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Travis; her parents; seven siblings and many, many friends. Graveside Services for Mary were held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 23, at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Arrangements were through Lucas Funeral Home, Hurst, Texas.
