Bio

Henry Rinn died Tuesday morning at 5:00 at his home in Old Glory. He was born June 13, 1862 at New Ulm in Austin county and moved to Stonewall county in 1906. For 17 years he has been engaged in the grocery and hardware business in Old Glory. On December 27, 1938, Mr. and Mrs. Rinn celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 at the family residence in Old Glory with the Sons of Herman in charge. Dennis-Barrow Funeral Home made funeral arrangements and burial was at the Old Brandenburg cemetery. Deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Henrietta Rinn; four sons: Alfred Rinn of Stamford; Elmer Rinn of Apache, OK; Alton Rinn of Austin; Herbert Rinn of Old Glory; Three daughters: Mrs. Dora Vandenworth of Old Glory; Mrs. Nellie Teichelman of Stamford; Mrs. Tellie Wendenborn of Sagerton and 26 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
