Unita N. Taylor CALHOUN CITY - Unita Naron Taylor, 91, died Friday at Calhoun Health Services. Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker and bookkeeper. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. The funeral was at 3 p.m. Sunday at Pryor Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Oak Springs Cemetery in Derma. Mrs. Taylor was preceded in death by her husband, Horton Gayliston Taylor Sr.; and her parents, Bunyan Naron and Minnie Skelton Naron. She is survived by two sons, Dr. Horton G. Taylor Jr. of Ripley and Dr. James W. Taylor of Knoxville, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Memorial may be sent to First Baptist Church in Calhoun City or Mississippi State University in Starkville. Pryor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. The Daily Sentinel Star 2007
