The Fairfield Recorder newspaper Thursday, July 13, 2006 edition Eurline Stripling Graveside services were held Sunday in Fairfield for Eurline Stripling, 85, of Fairfield who died Thursday, July 6 in Fairfield. Mrs. Stripling was born July 18, 1920 in Fairfield to Walter and Stella Fogleman Vaughan. She was owner and operator of The Cupboard, a business located on the courthouse square in Fairfield. Officiating at the graveside services was John Simmons. Mrs. Stripling is survived by her son, Lane Stripling of Fairfield; and her son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Hortence Stripling of Houston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Stripling.
