Bio

L. O. (Shag) McGee 44, owner of Shag's Butane Company here died Saturday. Born in Alvord, McGee lived in Bridgeport eleven years. Survivors are his wife, a son, Jerry, of Bridgeport, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. McGee of Alvord. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Hawkins Chapel with the Rev. John Baker officiating. Burial was in Alvord. The Bridgeport Index, Saturday, May 3, 1958
