The Bonham News Bonham, Texas Tuesday, 02 Feb 1915, Page 8 Mrs. T. L. Tarpley Dead Mrs. T. L. Tarpley of Arledge Ridge died Saturday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sam Arledge, in South Bonham. Mrs. Tarpley came to town about three weeks ago to visit her daughter and was taken ill and not able to return home. She had gotten up and was able to be about the house. Thursday night she was taken suddenly ill of acute indigestion and never rallied from the attack. The funeral service was conducted Sunday, and the body buried at Arledge Ridge. Mrs. Tarpley was fifty-six years old. Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Oscar and Bailey, and two daughters, Fannie and Hattie. She was a good woman, much esteemed by all her neighbors and friends.
