Bio

Joe Nicholson, age 52 of Irving, died on February 12, 2014. He was born in Denton to Jimmy Clyde and Anna Anderson Nicholson on January 14, 1962 and went on to serve his country in the United States Army from 1978 to 1982 with the 1st Calvary Division. Joe was family man who loved swimming, fishing and hunting and also enjoyed a career in injection molding. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother and will be greatly missed by his beloved wife, Rebecca Nicholson; his daughter Jennifer Nicholson Sanders and husband Kaleb Sanders of Corsicana; his son Daniel Nicholson of Greenville along with two sisters, three brothers and numerous friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 2:00 PM in Brown’s Memorial Chapel in Irving, Texas.
