Bio
Leo J. Miodowski was born April 10, 1920, at Litchfield, Nebraska, to John and Sophia (Silver) Miodowski. He grew up in Litchfield, Nebraska, and attended school up till the eighth grade in Litchfield. He never married and lived on a farm south west of Litchfield, Nebraska. He entered the Navy on December 29, 1941, and served in WW II. He was discharged on March 17, 1944. He is survived by his sister, Frances Miodowski, Loup City, Nebraska; sisters-in-law Marianna Miodowski of Loup City, Nebraska, and Lorraine Miodowski of Englewood, Colorado, and several nieces and neiphews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank and John and one sister Cecilia Linden.
