Bio
Judy Arline Stuart was born in Dallas, Texas, on February 21, 1946, the older of two children of Emmett Hartsfield Stuart, a building contractor, and Clara Hazel Ford, a homemaker. She spent her childhood on Overlook Drive in the Urbandale area and attended school at Urban Park Elementary, John B. Hood Middle School, and W. W. Samuell High School. Judy married the love of her life, Jimmie Douglas Baugus, on September 23, 1978. They spent many happy years together in Farmersville, Princeton, and Rowlett, Texas. Upon Judy's retirement, they purchased a home in Mena, Arkansas, where they lived the remainder of their lives. Judy loved to read, crochet, garden, and cook. She loved garage sales and collecting eagles, bells, and other collectibles. She was actively involved in the Red Hats Club in Mena for several years and enjoyed working on community projects. Judy's surivors included her children Steve (Tina) Williams, Ron (Christina) Williams, Sherry Williams Baker, and Annette (Jimmy) Ives as well as her two beloved stepsons Danny (Tanya) Baugus and Steven (Norma) Baugus, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her brother Aaron (Debbie) Stuart and her mother-in-law Ruby Hortness. Judy and Jimmie's lives were tragically taken in an automobile accident in El Dorado, Arkansas, on June 2, 2016.
