Viola M. Jeter  DU 28 Mar 1977 Mrs. Viola M. Jeter, 87, of 915 Mahr Avenue, Lawrenceburg passed away Sunday, March 27, 1977 at Colonial Manor hospital in Florence after a long illness. She was a native of Wayne County, a member of First Baptist Church and a housewife, a retired school teacher and bank employee. She is the daughter of the late William Thomas and Frances E. Cole Morrison and the wife f the late Neal Claude Jeter. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 29, 1977 at 2 pm at North Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Tabor officiating. Burial will follow in Lawrence County Memorial Gardens with North Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frances McDonnell, Florence; one son, Dr. William Jeter, Lawrenceburg; one sister, Mrs. C.W. Suiter, Gallatin, Tenn.;11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Source: The Democrat Union Lawrenceburg, Tennessee
