Bio
Don Klemme, of Del City, was born on October 25, 1939 in Clinton, OK. He married Alva Bernice Wesley in 1958 then served in the Army from 1960 to 1966. Don is preceded in death by his parents Ben and Ruby Klemme and brother, Gilbert Klemme all of Oklahoma City. He is survived by the following: his wife, Bernice; sons, Mike, Terry, and Bryan; daughters-in-law, Sandy and Connie; grandchildren, Jennifer, Tyler, Michael, Kevin and Mark and one great grandchild, Ashlynn. He is also survived by his sister Glendora and two brothers, Paul Kenneth and Ben Jr. Don enjoyed spending time outside. He liked being outdoors whether it was for fishing, working in his garden or tinkering with various contraptions of his own design. He died on October 16, 2006 at the age of 69. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, October 19, 2006 at Sunny Lane Cemetery under the direction of Ford Funeral Service. Published in The Oklahoman on 10/19/2006. Note: DOB is different in the obit than on the marker. SSDI gives 1936 as birth year.
