Leroy Dean Kolar, Sr., died Friday, October 13, 2006 at his home in Edmond, OK. Leroy was born December 4, 1940 to Jim and Mattie (Hueck) Kolar on a farm in Banner, OK. Leroy is preceded in death by a son, Robert Henry Kolar, parents and brother, Frank Kolar. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Bernard Kolar, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, Bonnie Gail and Duane Kadavy, Elizabeth, Valerie, Veronica, Jarrel and great grandson, Alex; son and grandchildren, Daniel James Kolar, Dusty and Jessica; son Leroy Dean Kolar, Jr.; daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, Denise Ann and Berkeley Penner, Zachary and Ethan; brother, George Kolar; sister, Blanche Perkins and a host of other family and friends. Wake services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at the Yanda & Son Chapel, Yukon, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 18 at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church, Oklahoma City.
