Bio

On Sunday May 25, 2003, our loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, Colleen Taylor Keetch passed away in St. George, Utah at the age of 72, after a short courageous battle with cancer. Colleen was born on December 7, 1930 in Lehi, Utah to Gerald Roger and Mabel Briggs Taylor. She married El Don P. Keetch on February 16, 1950 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She attended schools in Lehi and graduated from Lehi High School in 1949, where she was active in the pep club and the band. She held several part-time jobs throughout her life, but her most important work was that of homemaker devoting herself fully to her husband and children. We will always remember her generous heart and willingness to serve. She loved to read, knit, crochet, and all types of crafts, in addition to gardening and genealogy. She was also a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Colleen was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many capacities during her life. The church was a very important part of Colleen's life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
