Wally was born Nov. 24, 1929 in Comanche. He married his high school sweetheart, Robbie, in 1951. He was a self-employed mechanical engineer for 40 years. Wally used his talent to contribute in the building of numerous kingdom halls. As an elder in the Meadowbrook congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, he enjoyed sharing his love of God's word with others. In one word, Wally could be described as generous -- always giving of his time, money, and most importantly, love. Wally was preceded in death by two of his brothers, Howard and Jack Coulter. Survivors: Wife of 55 years, Robbie; son, Freddie Coulter; daughters, Donna Nobles and husband, Paul, Debra Wallis and husband, James; grandchildren, Christopher Brooks, Hillary Nobles, Robert Coulter and Freddie Coulter Jr.; brother, Paul Coulter and wife, Gale, of Comanche; sisters, Kathleen Loudermilk, Freda Phifer and husband, Floyd, and Johnnie Vineyard, all of Fort Worth, JoAnn Burks and husband, Charles, and sister-in-law, Imogene Coulter, all of Comanche; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
