Bio
Freddie Ray Coulter, 60, fell asleep in death on Thursday, April 14, 2016. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Monday in White Point Cemetery. Fred was born Oct. 24, 1955, in Fort Worth to the late Charles Wallace Coulter and Robbie Coulter. Fred was a proud superintendent for Stovall Construction, Inc. He also had a great passion for music and was an amazing guitar player and singer. Fred was a wonderful friend to all, often more concerned for others than himself. Fred was preceded in death by his father, Charles Wallace "Wally" Coulter. Survivors: Mother, Robbie Coulter; sons, Robert Coulter and Freddie Ray Coulter Jr.; girlfriend, Heather Hartnett; sisters, Donna Nobles and husband, Paul, Debbie Wallis and husband, James; nephew, Chris Brooks and wife, Reem; niece, Hillary Nobles; and great-niece, Sophia Brooks.
