Ernest N. McCoy, minister of the Church of Christ, will officiate. Following the services, the body will be taken overland to Llano cemetery, Amarillo, where burial will be made under the direction of the Minton Funeral Home. Langford and Ralph Banda, 45, 1211 Cooley Drive, were killed instantly when their 1948 Plymouth collided with a gasoline transport on Highway 117 about 13 miles south of Borger. The driver of the truck, Olive Thornton, 42, Silverton, Tex., remained in a critical condition today in Panhandle Medical Center, where he is suffering from a badly fractured skull, internal injuries and possible fracture of several ribs. Panhandle Physicians said today at the Panhandle Medical he was slightly improved, but still remained in a very critical condition. Banda's body has been returned to Borger, to the Minton Funeral Home, where arrangements are pending. Survivors of Banda include his wife, Mrs. Ralph Banda, Borger; one daughter, Camilla Banda, Borger; one son, LeRoy Banda, Borger; three sisters, Mrs. Martina Duke, Nordheim, Tex.; Mrs. Lupe Livar, Taft, Tex. and Mrs. Refugia Rodriquez, Floresville, Tex. Banda was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He had been a resident of Borger for the past eight years and was employed as an A operator at the Phillips Chemical Co-Polymer Plains Plant. -------------------------
