Contributed by Jim: 6/29/1972- Tuttle Times: Long time resident of Tuttle, Mrs. Tishie Mae Eades, 83, died Tuesday night in Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma City. Funeral services was conducted at 4pm, Thursday, in Sowers Memorial chapel of the Sevier funeral home, Tuttle. John R. Knight, minister of the Church of Christ of Tuttle, officiated. Music was furnished by a choir. Pallbearers were Jim Arganbright, Hunk Cobble, Jimmy Bowers, Art Castleberry, & Hubert Patterson. Mrs Eades was born 3/7/1889 in Texas and came to Oklahoma as a child with her family, who settled in Tishomingo. She came to Tuttle 50 years ago. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs Tressie McKinney of Tuttle, & Mrs Gladys Rose of Oklahoma City, 13 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 1 brother, William Langford of Littlefield, Tex, 3 sisters, Mrs Annie Hastings & Mrs Della Havens of Littlefield, and Mrs Ella Wright of Amhurst, Tex. Interment was in Fairview cemetery, Tuttle, under direction of Sevier Tuttle funeral home.
