Bio

Son of David Ephraim Whitaker and Nancy Elizabeth (Tooley) Whitaker. He married Anna Belle James on January 26, 1899 in Owensboro, KY. Arthur Whitaker was a conductor for the railroad. Children: John Albert Whitaker (U. S. Congressman representing KY from 1948 until his death in 1951) and Henrietta (Mrs. Charles Moore).
