Obituary-Advocate News Service MARY HOLLUB EDNA-Funeral services for Mary Josephine Hollub, 98, a former Edna resident, who died Thursday in a Victoria nursing home will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Agnes Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael O'Shaughnessy officiating. A rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Burial will be in Memory Gardens of Edna, under the direction of Slavik Funeral Home of Edna. Pallbearers will be Michael Richard, Joe Bob Burns, Pat Burns, Charles E. Hessong, Fred Hessong and George Hessong. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Mareth, Larry Venglar, and Jim Mareth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Hollub in April, 1961, and a daughter, Willie Lee Venglar. Mary Josephine Hollub Oct. 14, 1891-May 3, 1990 Age 98 Funeral services will be held Saturday May 5, 1990 at 10:30 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church in Edna.
