MARY ELLEN YOUNSE Roscoe, Texas - Mary Ellen Younse, 72, died Tuesday, March 31, 1998 in a Lewisville, Texas hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Roscoe with Dr. Rick Davis officiating. Burial will be in Roscoe Cemetery under direction of McCoy Funeral Home in Roscoe. Mrs. Younse was born March 27, 1926 in Joy, Texas. She was a graduate of Midway High School and North Texas State University. She was a librarian. She retired from Goose Creek Consolidated I.S.D. in 1992. She was a member of Wooster Baptist Church in Baytown. She had been a resident of Lewisville since August 1997. Survivors include a son, Dan of Carrollton; a daughter, Linda Froufe of Lewisville; a brother, Don Lumpkin of Felton, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
