Lucy Vines SWEETWATER - Lucy B. Vines, 86, of Brownwood died Saturday, Aug. 22, 1998, in a Brownwood hospital. Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Roscoe Cemetery. She was born June 16, 1912, in Fisher County and was a longtime resident of Sweetwater and a resident Brownwood. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include a son, Hayden Vines of Sweetwater; two daughters, Hazel Campbell of Brownwood and Mary Ann Clements of Arlington; a brother, Jiggs Williams of Fort Worth; a sister, Opal Jo Blair of Loraine; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
