Joe B. Rowland Sweetwater - Joe B. Rowland, 98, died Thursday at a local hospital. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. today at Roscoe Cemetery with the Rev. Dee Threatt officiating, directed by Cate-Spencer & Gallagher Funeral Home. Mr. Rowland was born in Hope, Ark. He was a farmer, rancher and a member of Roscoe Methodist Church. He was the widower of Willie Bennett Rowland. Survivors include a nephew, James Nettleton of Hermleigh; four nieces, Willie Ruth Reep of Sweetwater, Opal Jo Blair of Loraine, Lucy Belle Vine and Birtie Lee Burnett, both of Fort Worth; and several other nieces and nephews.
