Marvin was born in St. Joseph, Missouri Feb. 28, 1918 to Morton W. and Antoinette (Collins) Price. By 1930, the family had moved to Fremont, where they were living at 2050 Colson Ave. The 1930 US Census lists: Morton W. Price, 39, b. NE, head, nursery worker Antoinette Price,37, b. ILL, wife Marvin Price, 12, b. MO, son Carletta Price, 10, b. MO, daughter Doris Price, 8, b. NE, daughter Wilbur Price, 7, b. NE, son Kenneth Price, 5, b. NE, son From at least 1935 to 1940, Marvin Walter Price was living in Fremont, Nebraska. The 1940 US Census lists: Marvin Walter Price, 22, head, b. Missouri Maxine Odella Price, 19, wife, b. Nebraska Glenda Kay Price, 0, daughter.
