Guy met the love of his life with his courtship of Marie Wolfe and they were married in 1942 in Kilgore, Texas. He went on to serve his country in the Army during World War II, returning safely to spend the next 62 years with his Marie. Together they shared their Baptist faith raising 2 children. Guy worked for Lone Star Steel for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Marie Wolfe Stallman and his parents, A.H. and Edna Parsons Stallman.
