Howard Bryan Sinclair (1895 NE-1981 NE), a sister (b. and d. 1900-1910 NE), Homer J "Jack" (1904 NE-1983 CA), Mildred (b. 1911 NE) m. Kenneth Latham (b. 1910 OR) Another child, Helen Rogene m. Wendell D Smith; lived MO ------------------------------- Mrs. Velma Rogers Dies at Hospital Funeral services for Mrs. Velma R. Rogers, 79, longtime Valley County resident, were held Monday at the United Methodist Church of Ord. The Rev. Ron Roemmich officiated at the 2 pm service. Burial was in the Ord Cemetery with concluding services by the Mizpah Chapter 56, Order of Eastern Star. Mrs. Rogers died Oct. 20 at Valley County Hospital after an illness of three months. She was born July 30, 1893 at Silver Creek, the daughter of Bert and Mary Shank Carson. On Jan. 7, 1920 she married Wilber A. Rogers at Lincoln. Following their marriage they made their home on a farm in Valley County until 1946 when they moved to Ord. Survivors include one son Carson of Ord; one daughter Mrs. Rogene Smith of Sedalia, Mo.; four sisters Mrs. Helen Graham and Mrs. Mildred Latham both of Portland, Ore., Mrs. Hazel Williams and Mrs. Fern Sinclair both of Lincoln; one brother Jack Carson, Vista, Calif., and ten grandchildren.
