Cecile Julia Creighton was born to Charles Justin Wolkarte and Marie Anthanase Guerin on Novemeber 4, 1872 in New Orleans ,LA. She married Albert Jean Granger May 26, 1891 in Houston, Harris Co. TX. They had two sons and two daughters. He died April 23, 1900 in El Paso, TX. She married William James Creighton Jr. on March 12, 1906 in Houston, Harris Co.,TX. Their only child William Watson was born January 15, 1907. On the 1910 census Cecile's children were also living with them. She died March 27, 1927 Houston, Harris Co. TX. Survived by her husband and children.
