Katherine Fregia married her first husband, Rothel Avery Taylor on July 21, 1948. *********************************************************************************** Obituary for Katherine Fregia Taylor, Pastorick of Batson, Texas, died Tuesday February 23, 2016 at Fairy's Landing Residential Personal Care Center in Hull. She was 85. A service of remembrance will be held on Monday February 29, 2016 at 11:00A.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services Chapel with Reverend Frank Aragon officiating. Interment will follow at Guedry cemetery in Batson. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday February 28, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Faith & Family. Katherine was born September 6, 1930 in Hull, to Leo Fregia and Joanna Fregia. She had lived in Batson,most of her life and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Rothel Avery Taylor, her second husband Frank Pastorick. Daughter, Dianna Fenton, brothers, Vivian Fregia, Alvin Fregia, and Clarence Fregia, and L.T. Fregia. Sisters, Elvira Sims, and Ruby Edmonds. Survivors are sons, Harvey Taylor and wife Dennee, of Batson, David Taylor and wife Cynthia of Batson. Daughters, Angela Taylor of Benson AZ, and Mary Taylor of Batson, and close nephew Bill Sims of Houston, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of loving friends.
