Bio

“Mrs. Mandy Marlow, widow of the late William Marlow, a resident of Chillicothe for a number of years, died at the home of her son, Louis Marlow, in Jamesport this (Monday) morning at 8 o’clock. Funeral services will be held at the Marlow home Tuesday morning at 10:30 o’clock after which the funeral party will come overland to Chillicothe and interment will be made in Edgewood Cemetery at 2 o’clock. Besides Louis, another son, Ben Marlow, also resides in Jamesport, and a daughter, Mrs. Hosman, resides in Colorado Springs. The following grandchildren survive: Howard, Darrell and Claude Marlow of Jamesport; Miss Edith Marlow of Chanute, Kan.; and Mrs. Richmond of Colorado Springs. Two great-grandchildren, Miss Virginia Ellen Murphy of this city and Helen Louise Marlow of Jamesport, also survive. Mrs. Marlow was born in Kentucky July 12, 1836.” The Chillicothe Constitution, December 30, 1920
