Dearinger, Lillian McKean Theler On November 23, 2012, Lillian McKean Theler Dearinger, age 87, passed away in Mesa, Arizona where she has resided for some 36 years with her husband, Lee Dearinger. Children of Lillian and Lee were near at the time of her death. Lillian was preceded in death by her daughter, Katherine Theler Kopack (1969), and by the late husband of her first marriage, Louis Fredrick Theler (1969). She is survived by: husband, Arthur Leroy "Lee" Dearinger, Lee's daughter Ann Dearinger Villagomez of Mesa Arizona; and Lillian's children: John L. Theler and spouse Carolyn of Draper, Utah, Cheryl L. Rock and spouse Lemarr of Fishers, Indiana, and Robert M. Theler and spouse Beth of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 31 great, grandchildren, whom she loved deeply. Lillian McKean was born January 29, 1925 in Salt Lake City, UT to Theodore Lane McKean and Nina Burnham, the youngest of seven children. She attended West High School in Salt Lake City, and graduated from Utah State University after the death of her first husband. While teaching in the Mesa Arizona School system, Lillian met and married her husband Lee. Lillian has been an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, generous in Christ-like service, and loved by many who were touched by her affectionate caring and countless acts of compassion. A memorial service was held on Monday, November 26th at the Cornerstone LDS Chapel in Mesa, AZ . A grave side service and burial will occur in Cincinnati, OH on Saturday, December 1st at 12 noon.
