Bio

Former area resident Delores May Sinsel, 67, of El Paso, Texas, died Tuesday, July 11, 2000, in El Paso. Graveside services were held Saturday at Minden Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Bill Hunter officiating. Miss Sinsel was born Aug. 29, 1932, to Albert and Nellie (Nabower) Sinsel in Minden. She attended District 8 country school and Minden Junior High School. She was married and then divorced. She then moved to Hastings for a short time and later to Ralston where she lived for several years. She worked as a waitress for most of her life, including at Maria's Mexican restaurant in Ralston. In February she moved to El Paso. Survivors are one brother, Donald of Minden; and three sisters, Eva Jean Keen of El Paso and Janet Hinrichs and Betty Yankten, both of Grand Island.
