He had been despondent since the death of his wife in December, 1943. Survivors: Brothers, Joseph L. and James F., Omaha; sisters, Mrs. Joseph Pipal, Mrs. Frances Kavolak and Mrs. John Ponec, Omaha; Mrs. Lawrence Ponec, Boulder, Colo. Funeral services Saturday at 2, Brewer Korisko Chapel; burial, Bohemian National Cemetery. Members of Melting Pot Post American Legion are requested to meet Friday, 8:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
