Witten, Son Witten Source: Spirit of Democracy April 26, 1900 A little son of L.A. and Ruth Witten, aged one month and twenty-six days, died suddenly April 13, 1900. The funeral services were held at the home of the parents on Saturday April 14th after which the remains were followed by relatives and neighbors to the Witten cemetery where the little body was committed to the earth whence it came, the Spirit have gone to God who gave it. The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of the entire community. R. S. Strahl
