Alma Long Busch was born in Montgomery County, Texas, and had one sibling, Thelma Long Hughes. Alma was the mother of Alma Jack "Jackie" Jenson, Frank Morgan Busch, Jr., William Jeptha "Jepp" Busch, and Charles Randall Busch, Sr. She was the grandmother of Charles Eugene Jenson, Frank Justin Jenson, Michael Jenson, Tami Busch Eldridge, Jepilyn Busch Matthis, Charles Busch, and Ann Busch. Alma taught home economics at Barbers Hill High School for many years. She and her husband Jack were members of First United Methodist Church in Mont Belvieu, Texas, for most of their lives.
